Job description

Join our dedicated team in Haringey as a Social Worker specializing in Mental Health. In this vital role, you will work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to ensure that clients receive the best possible care. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting comprehensive assessments of mental health needs and risks. • Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in collaboration with clients and other professionals. • Providing direct support and intervention to clients and their families. • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery. • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. To be considered for this position, you must possess a recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of mental health legislation and best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a mental health setting is highly desirable. Requirements

SWE Registered. Car Driver. 2 Years of relevant experience in a statutory setting.
