How Recruit & Reward Works

Reward-backed recruitment, made transparent by design.

Recruit & Reward helps employment businesses advertise reward-backed vacancies using a standardised advertising format that makes reward terms clear and transparent in accordance with The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations.

Regulation 13(4) requires employment businesses offering a gift or benefit to notify work-seekers of the terms before the offer is open for acceptance. Our structured advert builder and standardised reward disclosure format make meeting that requirement simple for both recruiters and job seekers.

The Regulation

Regulation 13(4) of The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 states:

“Where an agency or employment business offers any gift or makes an offer of any benefit to a work-seeker, in order to induce him to engage the agency or employment business to provide him with services, the agency or employment business shall notify the work-seeker of the terms on which the gift or benefit is offered before the offer is open for acceptance by the work-seeker.”

Standardised Disclosure

Every reward-backed advert follows the same format.

One consistent disclosure structure means candidates always know exactly what is being offered — and on what terms — before they apply.
