How It Works for Recruiters

Advertise roles with candidate rewards attached. Use your recruitment advertising spend to make vacancies stand out while keeping hiring decisions entirely under your control.

Recruit & Reward is a job advertising marketplace, not a recruitment agency. Recruiters purchase an upfront reward advertising package for each vacancy. Recruit & Reward retains 10% of that package as a platform administration fee, and the remaining 90% forms the candidate reward attached to the advert.

  • Each advert funds one candidate reward only.
  • Recruiters remain responsible for applications, interviews, selection, and hiring decisions.
  • The candidate reward is only payable if a candidate applies through Recruit & Reward, is hired, completes 8 weeks in the role, and submits a valid claim.
  • Advertising packages are paid upfront and are non-refundable once the vacancy is activated.

1. Choose a Reward Advertising Package

Select an upfront advertising package for the vacancy you want to promote. Higher packages create larger candidate rewards and may help your role stand out to stronger or harder-to-reach candidates.

The package price determines the candidate reward attached to that advert after Recruit & Reward retains its 10% platform administration fee.

2. Submit Your Vacancy

Once the advert package has been purchased, the vacancy can be prepared for publication on the Recruit & Reward jobs site.

Each advert should include the job title, recruiter or employer details, location, role type, salary or rate where available, job description, closing date, and the candidate reward attached to the vacancy.

One advert funds one successful candidate reward only.

3. Manage Applications and Hiring

Candidates apply through the relevant job advert. Recruiters and employers remain responsible for reviewing applications, contacting candidates, interviewing, compliance checks, selection, offers, and hiring decisions.

Recruit & Reward does not shortlist candidates, recommend applicants, negotiate employment terms, or become a party to any employment or placement contract.

You remain in control of your recruitment process.

4. Verify the Reward Claim After 8 Weeks

If a candidate is hired after applying through Recruit & Reward and completes 8 weeks in the role, they can submit a reward claim.

Recruit & Reward will contact the recruiter or employer for verification. The recruiter or employer may confirm the claim, dispute it with a specific factual reason, or fail to respond within the required timeframe.

If the claim is approved under the platform rules, the candidate reward is paid to the successful candidate.

The reward is payable only after the 8-week qualifying period and approval of a valid claim.

One advert, one reward: Each paid advert funds one candidate reward only. If you wish to make more than one rewarded hire, you must purchase a separate funded advert or reward slot for each intended hire.

Platform role: Recruit & Reward provides the advertising and reward process. It does not act as a recruitment agency, employment business, hiring adviser, or party to employment contracts.
