How It Works for Job Seekers

Apply for roles with candidate rewards attached. No candidate account is required, and candidates never pay to use Recruit & Reward.

Recruit & Reward is designed to make job advertising work better for candidates. When a recruiter advertises a vacancy through the platform, part of their upfront advertising package forms a candidate reward. If you apply through Recruit & Reward, get hired, and complete the 8-week qualifying period, you may be able to claim the reward attached to that role.

1. Browse Rewarded Jobs

Search live vacancies on the Recruit & Reward jobs site. Each rewarded advert shows the role, the recruiter or employer, and the candidate reward available for that vacancy.

No candidate account is needed to browse jobs.

2. Apply Directly With Your CV

When you find a suitable role, apply directly through the job advert by submitting your contact details and CV. The process is designed to be simple and low-friction.

You do not need to create a candidate profile or log into a dashboard before applying.

3. The Recruiter Handles the Hiring Process

After you apply, the recruiter or employer decides whether to contact you, interview you, or progress your application.

Recruit & Reward provides the advertising and reward process, but it does not shortlist candidates, recommend applicants, negotiate employment, or make hiring decisions.

Recruiters and employers remain responsible for hiring decisions.

4. Claim Your Reward After 8 Weeks

If you are hired after applying through Recruit & Reward and you complete 8 weeks in the role, you can submit a reward claim using the Claim Reward form on the jobs site.

You will usually need your application reference, contact details, the job title, and evidence such as an offer letter, employment contract, or proof of employment beyond the 8-week point.

The reward is claimed after completing 8 weeks in the role.

5. Verification and Payment

Recruit & Reward reviews your submitted evidence and contacts the recruiter or employer for verification.

If your claim is approved under the platform rules, the candidate reward is paid to you. Rewards are conditional and are not automatic.

Valid claims are reviewed through the Recruit & Reward verification process.

How the reward is funded: Recruiters purchase an upfront reward advertising package for each vacancy. Recruit & Reward retains 10% of that package as a platform administration fee. The remaining 90% forms the candidate reward attached to that advert.

Important: Each advert funds one candidate reward only. Candidate rewards are subject to the 8-week qualifying period, the claim process, and the platform rules for the relevant advert.
