Core Rules & Processes

1. Platform Identity

Recruit & Reward is an online job advertising marketplace.

The platform's innovation is simple:

Recruiters purchase upfront reward advertising packages. Recruit & Reward retains 10% of the advertising package as a platform administration fee, and the remaining 90% forms the candidate reward attached to the advert.

Recruit & Reward operates advertising infrastructure, application routing, and a structured reward claim process.

2. What Recruit & Reward Is Not

Recruit & Reward is not:

a recruitment agency
an employment business
involved in hiring decisions
responsible for employment outcomes
a party to employment contracts
an adjudicator of workplace disputes or employment disagreements

Recruiters hire candidates independently using their own processes.

Recruit & Reward deals with advertising, applications, and the platform reward process — not employment decisions.

3. The Core Concept

Recruiters already spend money advertising vacancies online.

Recruit & Reward redirects part of that advertising spend into a visible candidate reward, payable after the successful candidate completes the 8-week qualifying period and the reward claim is approved.

This creates aligned incentives:

Recruiters gain vacancy visibility.
Candidates see a tangible reward attached to the role.
Advertising spend creates direct candidate value.

4. One Advert = One Reward

Each rewarded advert funds:

One reward for one successful hire.

Multiple candidates may apply for the same vacancy, but only one candidate reward can be paid from one funded advert.

If a recruiter wants to make more than one rewarded hire, a separate funded advert or reward slot is required for each intended hire.

The reward is not salary, commission, or an employment benefit. It is a one-off platform reward paid by Recruit & Reward to a qualifying candidate.

5. Recruiter Payment Rules

Upfront Advertising Payment

Recruiters select from four upfront reward advertising packages. Recruit & Reward retains 10% of the package as a platform administration fee, and the remaining 90% forms the candidate reward.

Advertising Costs Are Final

Advertising packages are paid upfront and are non-refundable once the vacancy is activated.

Recruit & Reward sells advertising exposure and a structured reward process, not recruitment outcomes.

6. Hiring Happens Independently

Recruit & Reward does not:

shortlist candidates
recommend applicants
negotiate employment
influence hiring outcomes

Recruiters and candidates interact and agree employment arrangements independently.

7. Reward Claim Trigger

If a candidate applies through Recruit & Reward, is hired for the advertised role, and completes the qualifying period, they may submit a reward claim.

Candidates do not need a candidate account to apply or claim.
The claim is initiated through the Claim Reward form.
The candidate must provide evidence supporting the claim.

The reward claim process exists only to operate the platform reward rules. It does not create employment rights or obligations.

8. Qualification Period

To become eligible to claim the candidate reward, the candidate must complete:

8 weeks in the advertised role.

The purpose is practical:

to confirm genuine uptake of the advertised role
to prevent misuse of the advertising reward system

Recruit & Reward does not monitor performance, working conditions, or wider employment matters.

9. Candidate Evidence

When submitting a reward claim, the candidate may be asked to provide evidence such as:

application reference
offer letter or employment contract
proof of employment beyond the 8-week point, such as a payslip dated after week 8

Evidence is used only to assess whether the platform reward rules have been met.

10. Reward Claim Outcomes

After the 8-week qualifying period, the candidate may submit a claim. Recruit & Reward may then notify the recruiter or employer and request confirmation.

Recruit & Reward does not adjudicate workplace disputes or employment disagreements. However, where a reward claim is disputed, Recruit & Reward may review limited factual evidence relating only to whether the platform reward rules have been met.

11. Reward Payment

When the platform reward conditions are satisfied and the claim is approved:

the reward is paid directly to the candidate
payment is separate from wages, salary, or employment benefits
payment represents the candidate reward attached to the relevant advertising tier

12. Platform Neutrality

Recruit & Reward operates a transparent advertising and reward process governed by clear platform rules.

The platform:

provides advertising infrastructure
applies a structured reward claim process
retains 10% of each upfront advertising package as its platform administration fee
does not make hiring decisions or employment judgements

13. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must:

apply genuinely
provide accurate information
submit honest evidence when making a reward claim
complete the qualifying period before claiming a reward

Rewards are conditional and are not guaranteed automatically.

14. Recruiter Responsibilities

Recruiters must:

fund adverts upfront
advertise genuine vacancies
engage with verification requests when prompted
raise any factual objection within the required response window

Failure to engage with verification requests may affect continued platform access and may allow a claim to be approved under the platform rules where the evidence supports it.

15. What Recruit & Reward Guarantees — and Does Not

The platform aims to provide:

clear reward conditions
a structured claim process
consistent application of the platform reward rules

The platform does not guarantee:

employment
interviews
hiring success
unconditional reward payment
resolution of workplace or employment disputes
